State Library Collection Mandate

The "Kulturgesetzbuch NRW" (Cultural Code of North Rhine-Westphalia) comprises the legal basis of the mandate of the ULB as State Library for Westphalia to collect all physical and non-physical media publications falling within the collection mandate.
